The main concept of internet ordering is that you can choose one or more items from the pages of goods displayed on our website, and then securely sent to us your choice together with delivery details and your credit card number. You simply do this by filling in the two forms at the "checkout" and clicking the send button.

You must have 'cookies' & javascript enabled and your browser must be a recent version - Internet Explorer 5 / Netscape 6.1 or later are recommended - some functions may not work in earlier versions

Here's a breakdown of each stage of the order process
- you will find that we have made the whole process quick, easy and intuitive.


So, firstly you browse through the various types of flower arrangements so you can make a choice of which to purchase. Internet shopping lets you do this any time that suits you, the ordering system is always open.
You browse by clicking the tabs at the top of each page ([category] buttons), clicking each tab will display a new selection of flowers or arrangements to choose from.
When you have chosen a particular arrangement you click the green button.
You have a "virtual" imaginary shopping cart and once you click on the [add to cart] button you have just added that item to it (your order), but you have not got to the till (checkout) yet.
Carry on shopping if you want by clicking the chocolates, balloons etc under "Enhance your Gift" on the right hand side of the screen (or additional categories at the top) and put any extra item you choose also into your shopping trolley by clicking it's button.
Your Current Cart will display the current number of items and total price less any applicable delivery in the box titled [YOUR ORDER] (right hand top next to the first products).

. . . . it's time to check out, click the [GO TO CHECKOUT] button and wait a moment or two while the screen changes (the database is collating your order).
Now you see the item or items you have ordered and if there is any delivery charge.
If you find you have chosen a wrong item or you have changed your mind - this is the page where you can delete an item from your "cart". You can return to shopping (choosing another item) by clicking on any of the [category] buttons at the top to add another or an alternative item in your list of purchases. - or you may like to add an enhancement to your order from the chocolates, ballons etc
If you are happy with what you have chosen you click the button [click to enter your details].
Again wait a brief moment and the screen changes to display the first online form.
You can see from the picture of the form here (click the small image on the left to see a larger version), it is very simple and self-explanatory to fill in.
NOTE:
We need your name and email, who the order is going to be delivered to, and the message you want to send on the card.

Once you have entered these details click on the button [proceed to secure payment page]
Please wait a few moments longer this time, the screen has changed again and you see a form where you can enter your credit card details.

Now you are in our secure area , your screen will show a locked padlock at the bottom of the page to indicate this. Fill in your card details and click [submit order now] , this sends the whole form to us, and encrypts it making it impossible for anyone else but us to decipher it. You will get an automatic reply back to your email address, provided you entered it correctly, with the details you entered and your order tracking number.
That's all there is to it.
We will charge the agreed amount to your card, and it will appear on your next card statement in your local currency.
