Please note, that dealing with fresh flowers where availabily and choice of colours changes daily
we are frequently unable to make flower orders exactly as depicted on our web pages. This means
things like pot plants, bonsai, gourmet baskets, funeral tributes, flower arrangements and bouquets,
vases, holders and baskets, filler flower material and wrapping may all change from the examples depicted,
and given the priority of timely delivery we may not be able to
inform customers of these changes before they have to be dispatched. When we need to change an order
we always upgrade to more flowers
or a better type of flower or arrangement. Flowers especially subject to seasonal change are NATIVE FLOWERS, ROSES,
TULIPS and IRIS.
DELIVERY
We do try to adhere to customers requests for delivery by certain times, however the logistics of delivery to
most of western australia and all Perth suburbs does mean that sometimes we are unable to meet those requests
or advise beforehand. At busy periods like valentines day, christmas and mothers day we have up to seven vans
attempting to deliver flowers as fast as possible. In minimising the time in transit, the sequence of delivery is left to the driver,
and it is not possible to predict or advise beforehand the time of delivery.
LIABILITY
Plants in Flower, its affiliates and content providers will in no event be liable for any damages whatsoever, including direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages or liabilities arising out of use or related use of this suite of web sites. In line with our refund policy we limit liability to the cost of goods ordered only.
