I would just like to express my appreciation for the service you are providing.
Currently, I am serving with forces in the Arabian Gulf region and my ship usually uses another service.
In the past I have found them to be lacking in many areas, not least price and quality. My wife sent me a picture of the flowers she received.
Normally, if it had been from the previous people they would have been slightly wilted or no where near what I ordered. I must say, it was the most impressive basket of flowers I have ever seen delivered and I have been running flower orders for about 13 years.

Hello all,
My name is J E and I ordered my first flowers from you last week. What a delight it was.
1. I ordered them via the net at 11.15 pm.
2. There was a problem with my credit card. Yes I gave the wrong expiry date for the card I used.
3. The flowers were delivered before 9.00 am the next morning.
4. The flowers were EXACTLY the same as the picture on the website.
5. The flowers were and still are fresh.
6. No delivery cost - so I know all my money goes into the gift and not into the travelling to the recipient.
CONGRATULATION on a fantastic service. I love sending floweres to friends to celebrate with them. Now I have a place that I can trust to give beautiful flowers, service and reliability.

Thank you very much for the prompt delivery of the flowers to my daughter.
They made her cry, but I don't think it was the flowers that did it. She has
just emigrated to Australia and I think she is home sick. She telephoned to
say how beautiful the flowers are and that they were prepared by a 17 year
old. Please thank whoever made up the display.
I now come to the "but" bit of the e-mail. Your site states that the
arrangement would be in a ceramic vase which is one of the reasons I chose
this arrangement, I assumed it would be similar to the one in the picture.
My daughter said it is made of copper and by the picture she sent me it is
nothing like the one on your site. I do think that if you state, "Tall
Arrangement in Ceramic Vase" it should be in a ceramic vase. My daughter
does say however, that the vase is OK and she will be able to use it in the
future.
